Effective as of the close of regular trading on November 3, 2026, the Funds will no longer accept creation orders and will be delisted from Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. From the close of regular trading on November 3, 2026, through the liquidation date, the Funds’ shares will no longer trade on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc., and there can be no assurance that a market will be available for the sale of the Funds’ shares.

Any shareholders who remain invested in the Funds on the liquidation date will receive a distribution equal to the value of their remaining investment in the Funds, less any applicable Fund liabilities and expenses, in accordance with the Funds’ liquidation plan. The sale or liquidation of shares in the Funds will be a taxable event. Shareholders should consult their tax advisers regarding the tax consequences of the sale of their Fund shares and the termination and liquidation of the Funds.

As shareholders redeem shares of the Funds, the Funds may be unable to achieve their investment objectives or maintain their other investment policies.
REX Shares (“REX”) today announced that the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of REX ETF Trust (the “Trust”), based on the recommendation of REX Advisers, LLC (the “Adviser”), has approved the closure and liquidation of the REX IncomeMax Option Strategy ETF (Nasdaq: ULTI) and the Laddered T-Bill ETF (Cboe BZX: TLDR).
Distribution of proceeds: Expected within approximately 10 days after the Liquidation Date, on or about November 23, 2026

The decision follows the Adviser’s regular review of the REX product lineup, which weighs each fund’s assets, trading activity, and long-term viability.

What shareholders should know

ULTI and TLDR will stop accepting creation orders after the close of business on November 6, 2026. Shareholders may sell shares of ULTI and TLDR on their listing exchanges through the close of regular trading on November 6. Between the last day for creation orders and the Closing Date, shareholders may only be able to sell their shares to certain broker-dealers, and there is no assurance that a market for fund shares will exist during that period. After the Closing Date, shares will no longer trade on an exchange, and there can be no assurance that a market for fund shares will exist between the Closing Date and the Liquidation Date.

The two funds will follow different paths to the Closing Date. ULTI’s distribution paid October 23, 2026 will be its final weekly distribution. Beginning on or about October 23, 2026, ULTI will close out, or allow to expire, its options positions and transition its portfolio to cash and cash equivalents, which it will hold through its last day of trading. TLDR will continue to be managed in accordance with its investment objective and principal investment strategies until the Liquidation Date, at which point its portfolio will be converted to cash for distribution to shareholders.

Following the Liquidation Date, each fund will distribute cash to shareholders of record who have not sold their shares, which may take up to approximately 10 days (on or about November 23, 2026). This liquidating distribution may include accrued income and capital gains, and it may be more or less than the amount a shareholder would have received by selling shares on the exchange before the Closing Date. Once the distributions are complete, each fund will terminate.

Shareholders who continue to hold ULTI or TLDR through the Liquidation Date do not need to take any action to receive their liquidating distribution. Shareholders with questions may call 1-844-802-4004 or visit rexshares.com.

New thematic ETF targets the full peptide value chain: the drug developers, manufacturers, delivery specialists, and consumer brands behind today’s GLP-1 treatments and the pipeline forming beyond obesity, in one globally diversified trade.

October 14, 2026 — REX Shares (“REX”), a leading innovator in alternative ETFs, today announced the launch of the REX Peptide ETF (Ticker: PEPT), a thematic ETF built to own the peptide economy end to end. PEPT holds the companies that develop, manufacture, deliver, and commercialize peptide-based products, expanding investor exposure beyond the two drugmakers that dominate today’s GLP-1 market. It is REX’s third thematic ETF, following the REX Drone ETF (DRNZ) and the REX AI Chipmaking ETF (CHIP).

Peptides are the body’s own signaling molecules, re-engineered into precise, scalable medicines. They are the technology behind today’s GLP-1 treatments and a growing pipeline of therapies well beyond obesity, spanning metabolic disease, cardiovascular indications, oncology, and rare disease. Most portfolios hold peptide exposure only through Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk. In addition to those two names, PEPT owns the developers, manufacturers, and platforms behind them. Wherever the next generation of peptide treatment leads, it still has to be commercialized, manufactured, and delivered, and those are the parts of the chain PEPT touches.

The launch comes early in the adoption curve. Only about 2% of the world’s obese population is treated with GLP-1 medications today1, while the share of U.S. adults taking a GLP-1 for weight loss has risen from 3% in 2024 to 11% in 20262. J.P. Morgan Global Research forecasts the global incretin market, which includes GLP-1s, reaching $200 billion by 20301, and Morgan Stanley Research expects the market for GLP-1 treatments of obesity and type 2 diabetes to more than double from $79 billion in 2025 to $190 billion by 20353. Supply is now the constraint: demand for peptide manufacturing is outrunning capacity, and PEPT owns the manufacturers building it.

“Investors have spent three years expressing the GLP-1 trade through two stocks. The companies that develop, make, and deliver peptides are where the next phase of growth has to run through,” said Greg King, CEO and Founder of REX Shares. “Whichever peptide wins the next indication, it still gets manufactured and delivered by the same supply chain. PEPT is designed to give investors that whole chain in a single, globally diversified ticker.”

The ETF is based on the VettaFi Peptide Index, which tracks global companies positioned to advance the development, manufacturing, and commercial adoption of peptide-based products. The index spans four segments: therapeutics and medicine, manufacturing and medical devices, nutraceuticals and supplements, and cosmeceuticals and skincare. Constituents must have a minimum market capitalization of $100 million and a three-month average daily traded value of at least $1 million. The methodology allocates at least 80% of index weight to pure-play companies deriving at least half of their revenue or research and development activity from peptides, with constituent caps limiting concentration4. As of 9.30.26, the index holds 36 constituents. By country, U.S. companies represent 52.9% of index weight and non-U.S. companies 47.1%.

The fund will be listed on Nasdaq under ticker symbol PEPT with an expense ratio of 0.65%.

Important Information

The Fund is new and has no operating history, and the Index launched on September 24, 2026. No performance is presented in this communication.

The Index’s exposure to peptides may be indirect. Up to 20% of the Index may be allocated to companies that derive less than half of their revenue or research and development activity from peptide-related operations, and constituents may derive significant revenues from broader pharmaceutical, health care, or consumer businesses. The Index’s eligibility screen is a segment and revenue screen, not a guarantee of peptide-related revenue.

An investment in the Fund entails risk, including possible loss of principal. The Fund is not a complete investment program. It is important that investors review the risks below and the risks described in the prospectus, and understand them, before making an investment in the fund.

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risk, charges, and expenses carefully before investing. For a prospectus or summary prospectus with this and other information about the REX Peptide ETF please call 1-844-802-4004 or visit our website at rexshares.com. Read the prospectus and summary prospectus carefully before investing.

Important Risks

Peptide Industry Risk. Companies involved in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of peptide-based products face intense competition, lengthy and uncertain regulatory approval processes, clinical trial failures, patent expirations, pricing and reimbursement pressure, and rapid product obsolescence. Their share prices may be more volatile than the broader market.

Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Health Care Sector Risk. The Fund invests in companies in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and health care sectors. These businesses are heavily dependent on government approvals and regulation, patent protection, and the outcome of clinical trials, and can be materially affected by changes in health care policy, drug pricing legislation, supply chain disruption, manufacturing capacity constraints, and product liability claims.

Concentration Risk and Non-Diversification Risk. The Fund concentrates its investments in an industry or group of industries, and as a non-diversified fund it may invest a greater portion of its assets in the securities of a single issuer. Both increase the effect that any single holding or industry development has on the Fund’s value.

Foreign Securities, Currency, Depositary Receipts, Europe and Asia Risk. The Fund invests significantly in securities of non-US issuers, directly and through depositary receipts. Foreign investments involve risks not typically associated with US investments, including currency fluctuation, different regulatory and accounting standards, less liquidity, higher transaction costs, and political and economic developments specific to a country or region. The Index may have significant exposure to Europe and Asia.

New Fund, New Index, Index Provider, Passive Investment and Non-Correlation Risk. The Fund is recently organized and has no operating history. The Index is newly created and has a limited history. The Fund is not actively managed and relies on the Index Provider’s methodology and data; errors in index construction or calculation may not be identified or corrected promptly. The Fund’s return may not match the Index’s return.

Equity, Large, Mid and Small Capitalization, Liquidity, Volatility, Trading Issues, Premium/Discount, Costs of Buying and Selling Fund Shares, Authorized Participant and Operational Risk. Equity values rise and fall. Smaller companies may be more volatile and less liquid than larger companies. Shares may trade at a premium or discount to net asset value, trading may be halted, and the Fund relies on a limited number of authorized participants and market makers. Buying and selling shares involves brokerage and other costs.

Total annual fund operating expenses are 0.65%. The Adviser pays all Fund expenses excluding the management fee, interest, taxes, acquired fund fees and expenses, and brokerage commissions.

New thematic ETF targets the equipment layer behind the AI buildout: the wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, and metrology companies every AI chip depends on, in one globally diversified trade.

September 23, 2026 — REX Shares (“REX”), a leading innovator in alternative ETFs, today announced the launch of the REX AI Chipmaking ETF (Ticker: CHIP), a thematic ETF built to own the equipment layer of the Artificial Intelligence buildout. CHIP holds the companies that make the tools each AI chip has to pass through: wafer fabrication equipment, advanced packaging, and metrology, rather than the chip designers and foundries that buy from them.

Most portfolios already hold the AI mega-caps. CHIP owns what those companies can’t build without, and it doesn’t need to pick the winning chip. Whether CUDA, a rival GPU, or hyperscaler custom silicon prevails, every one of those chips is fabricated on the same front-end tools, and, TSMC, Samsung, SK Hynix, Intel, and Micron are all customers. Next generation nodes and memory generation add process steps rather than removing them, so equipment content per chip rises structurally. And these incumbents are hard to dislodge. Each process step has its own specialist, only a handful can compete for it. Once a tool is qualified into a production line, it stays. For some steps, such as EUV lithography, no second source exists.

The launch comes as the AI capital expenditure (capex) wave is now reaching the equipment layer. Capex flows to toolmakers on a natural 12- to 18-month delay (announce, plan capacity, order tools, then install), so while chip designers and foundries led the first wave, equipment makers are only now entering their acceleration phase. Equipment billings grew 15% in 20252, and SEMI forecasts a record $165.9 billion for 20261. Creative Strategies named the pattern the “Gigacycle” in December 20253. Hyperscalers have guided to $720 billion to $745 billion of 2026 capex4, and three separate drivers are running at once: AI infrastructure demand, government-funded fab construction, and rising process complexity per chip.

“Investors have spent two years buying the chip designers. The equipment makers those designers all depend on are now seeing the capex arrive,” said Greg King, CEO and Founder of REX Shares. “Whichever architecture wins, it gets built on the same tools. CHIP is designed to give investors that layer in a single, globally diversified ticker.”

The ETF is based on the VettaFi AI Chipmaking Index, which tracks global companies essential to the chip manufacturing process behind the AI buildout. The index allocates 50% to wafer fabrication equipment, 25% to advanced packaging, and 25% to metrology across 55 constituents as of August 31, 20265, capped at 5% each quarterly rebalancing. Only about a third of the index carries a primary U.S. listing; Tokyo Electron, Advantest, and DISCO are Japanese, and ASML and Besi are Dutch. Assembling this exposure from U.S.-listed shares alone would leave roughly two-thirds of it out.

The fund will be listed on Nasdaq under ticker symbol CHIP with an expense ratio of 0.65%.

The Fund is new and has no operating history, and the Index launched on August 21, 2026. No performance is presented in this communication.

The Index’s exposure to artificial intelligence may be indirect. The Index’s eligibility screen is a segment screen, not a screen for artificial intelligence revenue.

An investment in the Fund entails risk, including possible loss of principal. The Fund is not a complete investment program. Read the prospectus and summary prospectus carefully before investing.

Important Risks

AI Industry Risk. Companies involved in artificial intelligence face intense competition, rapid product obsolescence, high research and development costs, and potential regulatory change. Their share prices may be more volatile than the broader market.

Chipmaking Enabling Companies Risk and Semiconductors and Semiconductor Equipment Industry Risk. The Fund invests in companies that supply equipment and services to chip manufacturers. These businesses are cyclical, depend on the capital spending decisions of a small number of customers, and can be materially affected by supply chain disruption, export controls and changes in trade policy.

Foreign Securities, Currency, Depositary Receipts, Asia, Japan and Europe Risk. The Index has significant exposure to Asia, including Japan, and to Europe.

Equity, Large Capitalization, Liquidity, Volatility, Trading Issues, Premium/Discount, Costs of Buying and Selling Fund Shares, Authorized Participant and Operational Risk. Equity values rise and fall.

See the prospectus for the full fee table, the investment objective, and complete risk disclosures. The Fund is a series of REX ETF Trust. The Fund’s investment adviser is REX Advisers, LLC.

Strive, Inc. is a bitcoin treasury company that holds and manages bitcoin as a core corporate asset, and Strive held 24,531 bitcoin as of September 4, 2026, per a Form 8-K filed September 8, 2026, among the larger U.S. public-company bitcoin treasuries. ASST often moves with bitcoin and has a history of sharp swings, the kind of movement active traders look to take a view on. Strive took its current form in September 2025 through a merger between Nasdaq-listed Asset Entities, Inc. and asset manager Strive, Inc., and has since funded its bitcoin accumulation through a mix of common and preferred equity. ASSX is built for active traders who already trade ASST and want 2x daily long exposure for a single session. ASSX is not a bitcoin ETF and does not seek 2x the price of bitcoin. ASSX is designed to be held for a single trading day, with leverage reset each day.

“ASSX is the first ETF in the U.S. offering 2x daily long exposure to ASST,” said Scott Acheychek, COO of REX. “Traders were already active in the name. This is the tool that was missing.”

“ASST moves, and it moves with bitcoin,” added Matt Tuttle, CEO and CIO of TCM. “ASSX is built for traders who want to lean into that on a given day, with 2x daily long exposure and the daily reset that comes with it.”

This launch expands the T-REX ETF suite, which now includes over 40 leveraged and inverse single-stock ETFs, alongside other T-REX funds on crypto-sensitive names, including 2x Strategy (MSTU), 2x BitMine (BMNU), 2x Cipher Mining (CIFU), 2x Circle (CCUP), 2x SharpLink (SBTU), and 2x spot Bitcoin (BTCL).

Investing in the Fund involves significant risk and is for sophisticated investors. The Fund is not suitable for all investors. The Fund is designed to be utilized only by knowledgeable investors who understand the potential consequences of seeking daily leveraged (2X) investment results, understand the risks associated with the use of leverage and are willing to monitor their portfolios frequently. The Fund is not intended to be used by, and is not appropriate for, investors who do not intend to actively monitor and manage their portfolios. For periods longer than a single day, the Fund will lose money if ASST’s performance is flat, and it is possible that the Fund will lose money even if ASST’s performance increases over a period longer than a single day. An investor could lose the full principal value of his/her investment within a single day if the price of ASST falls by more than 50% in one trading day.

There is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its investment objective. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

Important Risks

Investing in a REX Shares ETF may be more volatile than investing in broadly diversified funds. The use of leverage by a Fund increases the risk to the Fund. The REX Shares ETFs are not suitable for all investors and should be utilized only by sophisticated investors who understand leverage risk, consequences of seeking daily leveraged, or daily inverse leveraged, investment results and intend to actively monitor and manage their investment.

An investment in the Fund entails risk. The Fund may not achieve its leveraged investment objective and there is a risk that you could lose all of your money invested in the Fund. The Fund is not a complete investment program. In addition, the Fund presents risks not traditionally associated with other mutual funds and ETFs. It is important that investors closely review all of the risks listed below and understand them before making an investment in the Fund.

Effects of Compounding and Market Volatility Risk. The Fund has a daily leveraged investment objective and the Fund’s performance for periods greater than a trading day will be the result of each day’s returns compounded over the period, which is very likely to differ from 200% of ASST’s performance, before fees and expenses. Compounding affects all investments, but has a more significant impact on funds that are leveraged and that rebalance daily and becomes more pronounced as volatility and holding periods increase. The impact of compounding will impact each shareholder differently depending on the period of time an investment in the Fund is held and the volatility of ASST during the shareholder’s holding period of an investment in the Fund.

Leverage Risk. The Fund obtains investment exposure in excess of its net assets by utilizing leverage and may lose more money in market conditions that are adverse to its investment objective than a fund that does not utilize leverage. An investment in this Fund is exposed to the risk that a decline in the daily performance of ASST will be magnified. This means that an investment in the Fund will be reduced by an amount equal to 2% for every 1% daily decline in ASST, not including the costs of financing leverage and other operating expenses, which would further reduce its value.

ASST Investing Risk. Issuer-specific attributes may cause an investment held by the Fund in ASST to be more volatile than the market generally. In addition to the risks associated generally with investments in equity securities, ASST faces risks unique to its operations, including significant exposure to the price volatility of bitcoin, regulatory and legal uncertainty relating to digital assets, risks associated with the custody and security of bitcoin holdings, dependence on market confidence in digital assets, and the ability to attract, hire, and retain key management and other qualified personnel. The trading price of ASST’s common stock historically has been, and is likely to continue to be, volatile. Additionally, a large proportion of ASST’s common stock has historically been, and may in the future be, traded by short sellers, which may put pressure on the supply and demand for its common stock and further influence volatility in its market price.

Digital Asset Strategy Risk. Strive, Inc.’s shift toward a bitcoin-focused strategy exposes the company to significant volatility in digital asset prices, regulatory uncertainty, custody and security risks, and execution risk related to implementing and maintaining a digital asset–centric business model, any of which could materially adversely affect its financial condition and results of operations.

Industry Concentration Risk. The Fund will be concentrated in the industry to which Strive, Inc. is assigned (i.e., hold more than 25% of its total assets in investments that provide exposure to that industry). A portfolio concentrated in a particular industry may present more risks than a portfolio broadly diversified over several industries.

Indirect Investment Risk. Strive, Inc. is not affiliated with the Trust, the Adviser, or any affiliates thereof and is not involved with this offering in any way, and has no obligation to consider the Fund in taking any corporate actions that might affect the value of the Fund. The Trust, the Fund and any affiliate are not responsible for the performance of Strive, Inc. and make no representation as to the performance of ASST. Investing in the Fund is not equivalent to investing in ASST. Fund shareholders will not have voting rights or rights to receive dividends or other distributions or any other rights with respect to ASST.

Derivatives Risk. Derivatives are financial instruments that derive value from the underlying reference asset or assets, such as stocks, bonds, or funds (including ETFs), interest rates or indexes. Investing in derivatives may be considered aggressive and may expose the Fund to greater risks, and may result in larger losses or smaller gains, than investing directly in the reference assets underlying those derivatives, which may prevent the Fund from achieving its investment objective.

Swap Agreements. Swap agreements are entered into primarily with major global financial institutions for a specified period which may range from one day to more than one year. In a standard swap transaction, two parties agree to exchange the return (or differentials in rates of return) earned or realized on particular predetermined reference or underlying securities or instruments. The gross return to be exchanged or swapped between the parties is calculated based on a notional amount or the return on or change in value of a particular dollar amount invested in a reference asset. Swap agreements are generally traded over-the-counter, and therefore, may not receive regulatory protection, which may expose investors to significant losses.

Rebalancing Risk. If for any reason the Fund is unable to rebalance all or a part of its portfolio, or if all or a portion of the portfolio is rebalanced incorrectly, the Fund’s investment exposure may not be consistent with its investment objective. In these instances, the Fund may have investment exposure to the underlying stock that is significantly greater or significantly less than its stated multiple. The Fund may be more exposed to leverage risk than if it had been properly rebalanced and may not achieve its investment objective, leading to significantly greater losses or reduced gains.

Counterparty Risk. A counterparty may be unwilling or unable to make timely payments to meet its contractual obligations or may fail to return holdings that are subject to the agreement with the counterparty.

Liquidity Risk. Holdings of the Fund may be difficult to buy or sell or may be illiquid, particularly during times of market turmoil. Illiquid securities may be difficult to value, especially in changing or volatile markets. If the Fund is forced to buy or sell an illiquid security or derivative instrument at an unfavorable time or price, the Fund may be adversely impacted. Certain market conditions or restrictions may prevent the Fund from limiting losses, realizing gains or achieving a high correlation with ASST. There is no assurance that a security or derivative instrument that is deemed liquid when purchased will continue to be liquid. Market illiquidity may cause losses for the Fund.

Small-Capitalization Company Risk. Small-capitalization companies generally have more limited financial and managerial resources, less diversified business operations, and smaller market shares than larger companies. As a result, they may be more vulnerable to adverse business or economic developments, and their securities may be subject to greater price fluctuations and lower trading volumes.

Non-Diversification Risk. The Fund is classified as “non-diversified” under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. This means it has the ability to invest a relatively high percentage of its assets in the securities of a small number of issuers or in financial instruments with a single counterparty or a few counterparties.

New Fund Risk. As of the date of this prospectus, the Fund has no operating history and currently has fewer assets than larger funds. Like other new funds, large inflows and outflows may impact the Fund’s market exposure for limited periods of time.

The Fund’s investment adviser will not attempt to position the Fund’s portfolio to ensure that the Fund does not gain or lose more than a maximum percentage of its net asset value on a given trading day. As a consequence, if the Fund’s underlying security moves more than 50%, as applicable, on a given trading day in a direction adverse to the Fund, the Fund’s investors would lose all of their money.

September 9, 2026 – REX Shares (“REX”) and Tuttle Capital Management (“TCM”) today announce the launch of the T-REX 2X Long PURR Daily Target ETF (Cboe: KATT), a leveraged ETF providing 2x daily long exposure to Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. (Nasdaq: PURR).

KATT is designed to deliver 200% of PURR’s daily performance, giving traders a tool to engage with a publicly-traded company operating at the intersection of equities and the digital asset ecosystem. Hyperliquid Strategies Inc. is a digital asset treasury company whose stated focus is accumulating HYPE, the native token of the Hyperliquid Layer-1 blockchain. It came public in December 2025 through a business combination with Nasdaq-listed Sonnet BioTherapeutics and Rorschach I LLC, an entity backed by Atlas Merchant Capital and a Paradigm affiliate, with a treasury seeded by 12.6 million HYPE tokens and approximately $305 million in cash. The company stakes its holdings as a network validator, making PURR one of the largest publicly traded participants in the Hyperliquid ecosystem.

“Hyperliquid has built an on-chain exchange that competes with centralized exchanges, and HYPE is the token that powers Hyperliquid,” said Scott Acheychek, COO of REX. “It is now the largest on-chain perpetuals venue, and PURR is the Nasdaq-listed way to take a position on that shift. KATT is designed to give traders 2x daily long exposure to it.”

“Every crypto cycle has just a few pieces of infrastructure that end up mattering more than the others, and Hyperliquid is one of those pieces,” added Matt Tuttle, CEO of Tuttle Capital Management. “PURR gives equity traders a direct line to HYPE, and that makes it exactly the kind of name a 2x daily fund was built for.”

This launch expands the T-REX ETF suite, which now includes over 40 leveraged and inverse single-stock ETFs, including first-to-market 2x exposures to Robinhood (ROBN), Nvidia (NVDX), and Tesla (TSLT).

Investing in the Fund is not equivalent to investing directly in PURR.

Read the prospectus and summary prospectus carefully before investing.

Fixed Income Securities Risk. When the Fund invests in fixed income securities, the value of your investment in the Fund will fluctuate with changes in interest rates. Typically, a rise in interest rates causes a decline in the value of fixed income securities owned by the Fund.

Effects of Compounding and Market Volatility Risk. The Fund has a daily leveraged investment objective and the Fund’s performance for periods greater than a trading day will be the result of each day’s returns compounded over the period, which is very likely to differ from 200% of the underlying’s performance, before fees and expenses. Compounding affects all investments, but has a more significant impact on funds that are leveraged and that rebalance daily and becomes more pronounced as volatility and holding periods increase. The impact of compounding will impact each shareholder differently depending on the period of time an investment in the Fund is held and the volatility of underlying stock during the shareholder’s holding period of an investment in the Fund.

Leverage Risk. The Fund obtains investment exposure in excess of its net assets by utilizing leverage and may lose more money in market conditions that are adverse to its investment objective than a fund that does not utilize leverage. An investment in this Fund is exposed to the risk that a decline in the daily performance of the underlying stock will be magnified. This means that an investment in the Fund will be reduced by an amount equal to 2% for every 1% daily decline in the underlying, not including the costs of financing leverage and other operating expenses, which would further reduce its value.

Derivatives Risk. Derivatives are financial instruments that derive value from the underlying reference asset or assets, such as stocks, bonds, or funds (including ETFs), interest rates or indexes. Investing in derivatives may be considered aggressive and may expose the Fund to greater risks, and may result in larger losses or small gains, than investing directly in the reference assets underlying those derivatives, which may prevent the Fund from achieving its investment objective.

In these instances, the Fund may have investment exposure to the underlying stocks that are significantly greater or significantly less than its stated multiple.

Certain market conditions or restrictions may prevent the Fund from limiting losses, realizing gains or achieving a high correlation with the underlying stock. There is no assurance that a security or derivative instrument that is deemed liquid when purchased will continue to be liquid. Market illiquidity may cause losses for the Fund. To the extent that the underlying stock value increases or decreases significantly, the Fund may be one of many market participants that are attempting to transact in the underlying fund.

Underlying Security Investing Risk. Issuer-specific attributes may cause an investment held by the Fund to be more volatile than the market generally. The value of an individual security or particular type of security may be more volatile than the market as a whole and may perform differently from the value of the market as a whole.

DACL seeks to deliver a consistent, outcome-oriented income experience with a defensive, buffered downside profile through a transparent ETF structure. RBC Capital Markets will serve as swap provider for DACL

August 12, 2026 — REX Shares (“REX”), a leading innovator in alternative exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced the launch of the REX Defensive Autocallable Income ETF (Ticker: DACL). The ETF and other REX ETFs are supported by CAIS, the leading alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, which will serve as a platform and marketing partner and Bloomberg Index Services Limited (“Bloomberg Indices”), which supplies the underlying index. RBC Capital Markets, a global financial services company, will serve as swap provider for the ETF.

Demand for outcome-oriented income strategies continues to rise, particularly among investors who want an income profile with more defensive downside characteristics. DACL is designed to provide rules-based, income-focused exposure that does not rely on traditional credit exposure or extended duration. The fund utilizes the Bloomberg US Large Cap VolMax Defensive Autocallable Total Return Index, seeking to reflect the performance of a systematic laddered portfolio of autocallable derivative positions. DACL seeks to deliver consistent income while providing buffered downside protection and maintaining exposure to broad equities.

DACL seeks to target a distribution of approximately SOFR plus 3% and is engineered with a defensive downside profile. Where a traditional barrier structure can impair principal in line with the full index decline once a barrier is breached, DACL uses a 50% Risk Buffer with a 200% Gearing Factor that applies only to declines beyond the buffer, observed at each position’s final maturity if it has not previously autocalled. Distributions are a target, are not guaranteed, and may vary or be zero.

“With DACL, we are extending our autocallable income platform to investors who want a more defensive posture,” said Greg King, CEO and Founder of REX Shares. “The strategy pairs a systematic, daily laddered autocallable portfolio with a buffered downside profile, pursuing consistent income within a well-defined risk framework.”

DACL offers daily liquidity, transparency, and operational efficiency for income-focused portfolios. REX manages the strategy, bringing its outcome-oriented design expertise, while CAIS serves as a core partner supporting advisor education and access.

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risk, charges, and expenses carefully before investing.
The REX Defensive Autocallable Income ETF (the “Fund”) is a series of REX ETF Trust and is an exchange traded fund. Shares of the Fund are bought and sold at market price (not net asset value) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions and bid-ask spreads will reduce returns.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. The Fund seeks to generate income and provide a buffered downside profile through exposure to a rules-based index of synthetic autocallable yield notes (the “Autocallable Index”) obtained primarily through total return swap agreements. The Fund does not invest directly in the Autocallable Index and does not provide principal protection. The Fund is subject to risks associated with the Autocallable Index methodology, buffer, gearing, and coupon features, equity market volatility, derivatives and counterparty exposure, U.S. Treasury and other debt securities, liquidity, and the Fund’s non-diversified status, among other risks described in the Prospectus. There is no guarantee the Fund will achieve its investment objective or that distributions will be maintained.

The Fund, its investment adviser REX Advisers, LLC, and its distributor do not provide tax, legal, or investment advice. Investors should consult a financial professional regarding an investment in the Fund and should carefully consider the Fund’s investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses before investing. The Prospectus and Summary Prospectus contain this and other important information and may be obtained by visiting rexshares.com/dacl or calling 1-844-802-4004. Read the Prospectus and Summary Prospectus carefully before investing.

THE FUND, TRUST, ADVISER, AND SUB-ADVISER ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE FUND’S UNDERLYING SECURITIES.

Definitions. Duration is a measure of the sensitivity of a debt security, or a portfolio of debt securities, to changes in interest rates, expressed in years. A longer duration generally indicates greater price sensitivity to interest rate movements. Gearing Factor refers to the multiplier applied to any decline in the underlying reference index beyond the Risk Buffer, measured at a position’s final maturity if the position has not previously autocalled. For example, a 200% Gearing Factor means that each 1% of decline beyond the 50% Risk Buffer reduces principal on that position by 2%, such that a decline of 100% in the underlying reference index would result in a total loss of principal on that position to a structured autocallable index, which may limit upside participation and expose investors to complex payoff patterns that differ from direct investments in the underlying securities.

Buffered Downside and Gearing Risk. The Fund’s downside profile relies on a Risk Buffer and a Gearing Factor at each position’s final maturity. If the underlying reference index finishes below the Risk Buffer, principal on that position is reduced by the decline beyond the buffer multiplied by the Gearing Factor, which magnifies losses in that range and can result in significant loss of invested capital.

Barrier and Coupon Risk. If the underlying reference index breaches the coupon barrier or falls below the Risk Buffer, income and principal protections may be reduced or lost.

Swap Agreements Risk. The Fund may utilize swap agreements to derive its exposure to shares of the underlying reference asset. Swap agreements may involve greater risks than direct investment in securities as they may be leveraged and are subject to credit risk, counterparty risk and valuation risk.

Distribution Risk. As part of the Fund’s investment objectives, the Fund seeks to provide current income. There is no assurance that the Fund will make a distribution at any given time. If the Fund does make distributions, the amounts of such distributions will likely vary greatly from one distribution to the next.

High Portfolio Turnover Risk. The Fund may actively and frequently trade all or a significant portion of the Fund’s holdings. A high portfolio turnover rate increases transaction costs, which may increase the Fund’s expenses.

Coupon/Contingent Income Risk. Coupon payments are contingent on barrier conditions being met and are not guaranteed; in unfavorable market environments, investors may receive little or no income.

Early Redemption Risk. Autocallable features can cause positions to be redeemed early in rising markets, forcing reinvestment at potentially lower yields and limiting participation in continued market gains.

Market Risk. The value of the Fund will fluctuate with overall market conditions and the performance of the underlying reference index, and investors could lose money, including principal.

Volatility Target Index Risk. The volatility-targeted reference index may underperform traditional equity indices because of its leverage caps, volatility adjustment mechanism, and embedded financing or cost overlays.

Active Management Risk. The Fund’s performance depends on the investment decisions and risk management techniques of the adviser, which may not achieve the intended results and could cause the Fund to underperform.

Liquidity Risk. Certain instruments, including derivatives referencing structured notes or indices, may become difficult or costly to trade, which can impact pricing, portfolio management, and the ability to meet redemptions.

Derivatives Risk. The Fund’s use of derivatives may magnify gains and losses, introduce leverage, and create exposure to valuation, correlation, and operational risks that can adversely affect performance.

Options Contracts Risk. Options can expire worthless, are sensitive to changes in volatility, time decay, and the price of the underlying asset, and may be less liquid than other securities.

New Fund Risk. Because the Fund is newly formed, it has a limited operating history and there can be no assurance that it will be successful in implementing its investment strategy.

Underlying Reference Index and Volatility Targeting Risk. Performance depends on the Bloomberg US Large Cap VolMax Index (or any successor index), which applies volatility targeting, financing charges and other adjustments that may cause it to underperform the underlying equity index.

Equity Market Risk. The value of the Fund may fluctuate in response to stock market moves, and equity markets can decline rapidly and unpredictably.

Debt Securities and U.S. Treasury Risk. Investments in U.S. Treasuries and other debt used as collateral are subject to interest-rate, credit, prepayment and liquidity risk, which can negatively impact the Fund.

Non-Diversification Risk. As a non-diversified fund, the Fund may invest a larger portion of its assets in fewer issuers or strategies, increasing the impact of any single position or market event on performance.

Concentration Risk. To the extent the Fund concentrates its investments in specific sectors, asset classes, or strategies, it is more vulnerable to conditions and events that adversely affect those areas.

Counterparty Risk. The Fund is exposed to the creditworthiness of swap, options, and other transaction counterparties, and could incur losses if a counterparty fails to meet its obligations.

Cyber Security Risk. The Fund and its service providers may be adversely affected by cyber-attacks or other information security events that could result in financial loss, business disruption, or unauthorized access to confidential information.

AKAL seeks 200% of the daily performance of Akamai Technologies (Nasdaq: AKAM), the cloud security and content delivery company that powers and protects much of the internet.

OCNL seeks 200% of the daily performance of DigitalOcean (NYSE: DOCN), the cloud computing platform built for developers, startups, and growing businesses.

PENU seeks 200% of the daily performance of Penguin Solutions (Nasdaq: PENG), an AI and high-performance computing infrastructure company.

“The AI buildout doesn’t stop at chips – it runs on the cloud, the networks, and the systems behind them,” said Greg King, Founder and CEO of REX. “AKAL, OCNL, and PENU give traders 2x daily long exposure to three of the companies powering that infrastructure.”

“One theme, three of the names driving it,” added Matt Tuttle, CEO and CIO of TCM. “AKAL, OCNL, and PENU are designed to give traders a 2x daily tool to express a high-conviction view on Akamai, DigitalOcean, or Penguin Solutions.”

Investing in the funds involves significant risk and is for sophisticated investors. The Funds are not suitable for all investors. The Funds are designed to be utilized only by knowledgeable investors who understand the potential consequences of seeking daily leveraged (2X) investment results, understand the risks associated with the use of leverage and are willing to monitor their portfolios frequently. The Funds are not intended to be used by, and are not appropriate for, investors who do not intend to actively monitor and manage their portfolios. For periods longer than a single day, a Fund will lose money if the underlying stock’s performance is flat, and it is possible that a Fund will lose money even if the underlying stock’s performance increases over a period longer than a single day. An investor could lose the full principal value of his/her investment within a single day if the price of the underlying stock falls by more than 50% in one trading day.

These ETFs do not invest directly in the referenced asset and have a higher degree of risk since they are seeking to track a single stock or asset.

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risk, charges, and expenses carefully before investing. For a prospectus or summary prospectus with this and other information about the T-REX ETFs please call 1-844-802-4004 or visit our website at rexshares.com. Read the prospectus and summary prospectus carefully before investing.

There is no guarantee that the Funds will achieve their investment objectives. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

Important Risks

Investing in a T-REX ETF may be more volatile than investing in broadly diversified funds. The use of leverage by a Fund increases the risk to the Fund. The T-REX ETFs are not suitable for all investors and should be utilized only by sophisticated investors who understand leverage risk, consequences of seeking daily leveraged, or daily inverse leveraged, investment results and intend to actively monitor and manage their investment.

The Funds have a daily leveraged investment objective and the Fund’s performance for periods greater than a trading day will be the result of each day’s returns compounded over the period, which is very likely to differ from 200% of the underlying’s performance, before fees and expenses. Compounding affects all investments, but has a more significant impact on funds that are leveraged and that rebalance daily and becomes more pronounced as volatility and holding periods increase. The impact of compounding will impact each shareholder differently depending on the period of time an investment in the Fund is held and the volatility of the underlying stock during the shareholder’s holding period of an investment in the Fund.

Leverage Risk. The Funds obtain investment exposure in excess of their net assets by utilizing leverage and may lose more money in market conditions that are adverse to their investment objective than a fund that does not utilize leverage. An investment in these Funds is exposed to the risk that a decline in the daily performance of the underlying stock will be magnified. This means that an investment in a Fund will be reduced by an amount equal to 2% for every 1% daily decline in the underlying, not including the costs of financing leverage and other operating expenses, which would further reduce its value.

Holdings of the Funds may be difficult to buy or sell or may be illiquid, particularly during times of market turmoil. Illiquid securities may be difficult to value, especially in changing or volatile markets. If the Fund is forced to buy or sell an illiquid security or derivative instrument at an unfavorable time or price, the Fund may be adversely impacted. There is no assurance that a security or derivative instrument that is deemed liquid when purchased will continue to be liquid. Market illiquidity may cause losses for the Fund.

As of the date of this press release, the Fund has no operating history and currently has fewer assets than larger funds.

Underlying Security Investing Risk. Issuer-specific attributes may cause an investment held by the Fund to be more volatile than the market generally. The value of an individual security or particular type of security may be more volatile than the market as a whole and may perform differently from the value of the market as a whole.

The Funds’ investment adviser will not attempt to position each Fund’s portfolio to ensure that a Fund does not gain or lose more than a maximum percentage of its net asset value on a given trading day. As a consequence, if a Fund’s underlying security moves more than 50%, as applicable, on a given trading day in a direction adverse to the Fund, the Fund’s investors would lose all of their money.

JULY 28, 2026 – T-REX, a joint venture between REX Shares (“REX”) and Tuttle Capital Management (“TCM”), today announced the launch of the T-REX 2X Inverse DRAM Daily Target ETF (RAMZ). RAMZ is the first-ever -2x Inverse ETF tied to the Roundhill Memory ETF (Ticker: DRAM), the most successful ETF launch in history with over $20 billion in AUM since its debut in April 2026.

The T-REX 2X Inverse DRAM Daily Target ETF is designed to seek daily investment results of -200% of the daily performance of DRAM, giving traders a precision tool to express bearish views on, or tactically position around, the memory semiconductor sector powering the AI infrastructure buildout. With the launch of RAMZ, T-REX now offers leveraged exposure to DRAM on both sides of the trade: 2x long through RAM and 2x inverse through RAMZ, giving traders a two-sided toolkit for the memory semiconductor names, including Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Micron Technology, at the center of the AI infrastructure buildout. The pair joins a T-REX lineup built on Memory stock exposures, including 2x long SanDisk (SNDU) and 2x long SK Hynix (HYNX).

“Memory has been one of the fastest-moving trades of the AI era, and fast-moving trades cut both ways,” said Greg King, Founder and CEO of REX. “With RAMZ alongside RAM, traders now have tools to act on high-conviction views on Memory stocks in either direction.”

“Two-sided markets need two-sided tools,” added Matt Tuttle, CEO and CIO of TCM. “Memory stocks have seen explosive moves, and volatility like that creates conviction on the short side as well as the long side. RAMZ gives traders an avenue to express that view with -2x daily precision.”

Investing in the Fund is not equivalent to investing directly in DRAM.

Investing in the fund involves significant risk and is for sophisticated investors. The Fund is not suitable for all investors. The Fund is designed to be utilized only by knowledgeable investors who understand the potential consequences of seeking daily inverse leveraged (-2X) investment results, understand the risks associated with the use of leverage and shorting, and are willing to monitor their portfolios frequently. The Fund is not intended to be used by, and is not appropriate for, investors who do not intend to actively monitor and manage their portfolios. For periods longer than a single day, the Fund will lose money if DRAM’s performance is flat, and it is possible that the Fund will lose money even if DRAM’s performance decreases over a period longer than a single day. An investor could lose the full principal value of his/her investment within a single day if the price of DRAM rises by more than 50% in one trading day.

Investing in the Fund is not equivalent to investing directly in DRAM or to taking a short position in DRAM.

For full fund information, holdings, and risk disclosures, visit rexshares.com/ramz.

This ETF does not invest directly in the referenced asset and has a higher degree of risk since it is seeking to track the inverse performance of a single asset.

Investors should consider the investment objectives, risk, charges, and expenses carefully before investing. Read the prospectus and summary prospectus carefully before investing.

There is no guarantee that the Fund will achieve its investment objective. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

Important Risks

Investing in a T-REX ETF may be more volatile than investing in broadly diversified funds. The use of leverage by a Fund increases the risk to the Fund. The T-REX ETFs are not suitable for all investors and should be utilized only by sophisticated investors who understand leverage risk, consequences of seeking daily leveraged, or daily inverse leveraged, investment results and intend to actively monitor and manage their investment.

An investment in the Fund entails risk. The Fund may not achieve its inverse leveraged investment objective and there is a risk that you could lose all of your money invested in the Fund. The Fund is not a complete investment program. In addition, the Fund presents risks not traditionally associated with other mutual funds and ETFs. It is important that investors closely review all of the risks listed below and understand them before making an investment in the Fund.

Effects of Compounding and Market Volatility Risk. The Fund has a daily inverse leveraged investment objective and the Fund’s performance for periods greater than a trading day will be the result of each day’s returns compounded over the period, which is very likely to differ from -200% of DRAM’s performance, before fees and expenses. Compounding affects all investments, but has a more significant impact on funds that are inverse leveraged and that rebalance daily and becomes more pronounced as volatility and holding periods increase.

Leverage Risk. The Fund obtains investment exposure in excess of its net assets by utilizing leverage and may lose more money in market conditions that are adverse to its investment objective than a fund that does not utilize leverage. An investment in the Fund is exposed to the risk that an increase in the daily performance of DRAM will be magnified. This means that an investment in the Fund will be reduced by an amount equal to 2% for every 1% daily gain in DRAM, not including the costs of financing leverage and other operating expenses.

Inverse Exposure Risk. The Fund seeks daily inverse leveraged investment results, which means the Fund is designed to rise when DRAM falls and to fall when DRAM rises, on a daily basis. Unlike a direct short position, the Fund’s inverse exposure resets daily, and shareholders may lose money when DRAM rises, an outcome that is opposite from traditional funds.

Derivatives Risk. Derivatives are financial instruments that derive value from the underlying reference asset or assets. Investing in derivatives may be considered aggressive and may expose the Fund to greater risks, and may result in larger losses or small gains, than investing directly in the reference assets, which may prevent the Fund from achieving its investment objective.

Indirect Investment Risk. Roundhill Memory ETF is not affiliated with the Trust, the Adviser, or any affiliates thereof and is not involved with this offering in any way. Investing in the Fund is not equivalent to investing in DRAM or to taking a short position in DRAM.

Industry Concentration Risk. The Fund will be concentrated in the industries to which the companies held by the Roundhill Memory ETF are assigned. Those companies are currently assigned to the technology sector and the computer hardware industry.

As of the date of this press release, the Fund has no operating history and currently has fewer assets than larger funds.
