T-REX 2X LONG PAAS DAILY TARGET ETF (PAAU) to liquidate

 In Press Release
The T-REX 2X LONG PAAS DAILY TARGET ETF (PAAU) is liquidating due to limited prospects for meaningful asset growth, ongoing operational costs, and the adviser's decision to discontinue subsidizing expenses. The Fund will cease trading on July 10, 2026 (Closing Date) and is expected to liquidate on July 20, 2026 (Liquidation Date). Commonwealth Fund Services, Inc. (“CFS”), Administrator to ETF Opportunities Trust, announced that the Board of Trustees approved a Plan of Liquidation based on the recommendation of Tuttle Capital Management. Shareholders may sell shares through the Closing Date, and distributions will occur on or about the Liquidation Date. Prior to the Closing Date, the Fund’s Adviser will liquidate the portfolio, which will result in increased cash holdings and deviation from investment objectives. Investors should consider the Fund’s investment objective, risks, charges, and expenses carefully before investing. For a prospectus, call 1-844-802-4004 or visit www.rexshares.com.
